About the center
Why do individuals mobilize and what are social movements? What are the demands that motivate them, where do discontent and social unrest come from? What is the relationship between territory and conflict? Questions like these concern COES, which seeks answers and proposals for action. Its challenge is to contribute to the country snapshot, defining keys that allow to live and relate in a respectful, active and diverse manner.
